The Integrated care programme identifies beneficiaries who suffer from diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, diabetes and psychiatric disorders.
Upon identifying the beneficiary, they are automatically enrolled on a programme to assist with the management of their disease. Their individual treatment plan is developed within 5 working days.

Wellness coach
This Programme offers you direct access to a specialised wellness coach. Your wellness coach will work closely with you and your healthcare provider to ensure care is co-ordinated and you receive maximum value from your medical fund.

Palliative care is specialised medical care for people living with a serious illness and is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of their condition(s).
