About Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings are held every year to discuss the finances for the previous year. All members are invited to attend to gain insight into the management of the Fund. Thirty members of the Fund, physically present constitute a quorum. In order to provide all members fair opportunity to attend the Annual General Meeting, the venue of the meeting is rotated between the main provinces.
