Rescheduled Annual General Meeting - 5 August

Notice is hereby given that the rescheduled Annual General Meeting of the members of Transmed Medical Fund will be held at the Roodepoort City Theatre (trading as Joburg Promusica), 100 Christiaan de Wet Road, Florida Park, Florida on Thursday, 5 August 2010, at 17h00. The matters which will be considered are set out in the Agenda below.

Notice
A quorum was not present for the Annual General Meeting of the members of Transmed Medical Fund scheduled for 23 June 2010. In terms of the Rules of the Fund the meeting has to be rescheduled and the members present at this meeting will constitute a quorum.

Important
Registration of members of the Fund attending the meeting will commence 45 minutes prior to the meeting. Members will be required to identify themselves by producing their membership cards to the registration personnel.
