New process for claims submission

Transmed Medical Fund is pleased to announce that fax claims and emails for refunds / processing will now be accepted. This process forms part of the Fund's communication strategy, as the Scheme Rules do not limit the ways in which claims may be submitted to the Fund.

We are striving to improve our service level at all times, for all our people. Look out for more improvements in all our communication material, including the website, electronic communication channels and in our digital space.
