Should you wish to change your plan for 2013, you can do this online by clicking on the Login button on the homepage and entering your membership number and PIN.

Alternatively, the 2013 benefits communications is being posted to members. Enclosed with this mailing is a Plan Selection Form for you to complete should you wish to change your plan for 2013.

Please note: Guardian plan members are not allowed to change to an alternative plan.
