Please note: It is imperative that you read the covering letter as it contains signficant information to assist you in understanding the changes to the 2012 benefits and contributions.

Should you wish to change your plan for 2012, you can do this online by clicking on the Login button on the homepage and entering your membership number and PIN.

Alternatively, the 2012 benefits communications is being posted to members. Enclosed with this mailing is a Plan Selection Form for you to complete should you wish to change your plan for 2012.

Please note: Guardian plan members are not allowed to change to an alternative plan.
