International Travel Extension

 

You now enjoy medical and emergency service benefits when you travel internationally. All you need to do is to phone the 24-hour help line prior to your trip to declare the number of days, destination, members of your family, etc. Cover extends to R1 million per person and a total of R5 million per family.

Legal Assist

 

Get free telephonic advice on all legal matters. The 24-hour legal advice line is manned by qualified and experienced in-house attorneys. They will also be able to provide you with legal documentation such as wills, letters of demand, domestic worker agreements, and “How to Claim Maintenance Kits”. In addition, a panel of practicing attorneys will provide members with a free initial 30-minute consultation, should this be considered necessary.

Lost your way while traveling, left your directions note at home or the office, or need confirmation that you are on the correct route? Just call the 24-hour directions service for guidance when traveling within the borders of South Africa. Clear directions are given telephonically while en route, or faxed or e-mailed to a specific address.

A 24-hour help line which will put you in touch with the appropriate service providers in the event of a roadside emergency in South Africa; for example, arrange a tow truck, relay a message, or organise a car rental, a locksmith, etc.
