- Metropolitan Health, 1 Canegate Road, La Lucia Ridge, Umhlanga.
Thereafter written comments and/or objections may be lodged between 22 June 2012 and 12 July 2012 to the Registrar for Medical Scheme's office.

FAXED AND E-MAILED ACCOUNTS
In terms of the rules of the Scheme, and to prevent fraudulent claims from entering our system, we can unfortunately not accept faxed accounts. Metropolitan Health, the Scheme's Administrator, subscribes to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002. This prohibits the acceptance of faxed and e-mailed claims.
