Eldercare Programme

Transmed is pleased to introduce an Eldercare Programme for the benefit of our members and their beneficiaries over the age of 60.

The aim of the Programme is to:

• empower you with information on healthy aging;
• educate you on how to better cope with diseases and illnesses; and
• encourage a positive attitude towards this stage of your life and the opportunities it brings.

How the Programme works

Participation in the Programme is free to members and their dependants and offers the following benefits:

• a newsletter with information about healthy living and aging;
• invitations to health days and special events;
• access to health information to ensure that you are equipped to manage your health appropriately; and
• this page on our website where you can communicate with other Eldercare members and participate in online activities.

Enrolment on the Programme

Participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary. Should you wish to enrol on the Programme, please contact us on 0800 225 151 and follow the voice prompts to select the appropriate option (6). Once you have enrolled, Transmed will send you more information about the activities, dates of health days and other relevant information.
